Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery only (Germany). 

Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)

We calculate the shipping costs automatically in the shopping cart. The price is €6.90 plus VAT per packaging unit.

-  Payment by invoice

via PayPal:
-  Payment via PayPal
-  Payment via credit card
- Payment by SEPA direct debit

via Stripe:
-  Payment via Sofortüberweisung [immediate transfer]


Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only for authorities and public institutions.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 7 days.


Special agreements related to the offered payment methods

Validity check
If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to Creditreform Gelsenkirchen, Kampstr. 26, 45899 Gelsenkirchen, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right  to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check.

Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout"
If you select a payment method offered via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The individual payment methods via "PayPal" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. "PayPal" may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately. Payment via "Stripe"
If you select a payment method offered via "Stripe", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Limited (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland; "Stripe"). The individual payment methods via "Stripe" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process.
